The following investigation was conducted on
October 3, 1973 by SAL
AT SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA
San Jose, California be
advised that several months ago he observed a photograph of b7C
an individual who he believed to be identical to an
individual with whom he had been employed in Seattle,
Washington during 1967. He stated the individual in
possession of the photograph, name not recalled, advised him
that this individual was wanted by the FBI for hijacking an
airplane.

conducted in this matter and exhibited an artist conception BIC
photograph of the unknown Subject. After viewing the
photograph he stated that it was very similar to an
individual whom he had worked with in Seattle, Washington,
selling food plans. He stated although he was frequently in
contact with this individual he could not recail his name.
He stated the individual for whom they
located in Seattle, Washington. He stated
able to provide complete background information concerning
the individual with whom he was referring.
He stated this individual, over coffee and lunch,
had previ i him that he had been a member of the

a little strange but entirely capable of planning a hijacking
and carrying it out.
He stated he would describe this inal Over & as 1998
white male, with brown hair, blue eyes, well tanned, good
physical condition, outdoorsman, 5'8" to 5'10" tall, 1590
pounds, approximately 40 years of age. He stated he could
not recall if this individual smoked or any other characteristics
which would be of value.
