He is described by associates as a blond headed, blue eyed, light to medium complexioned, Caucasian male and not Latin in appearance. Based on the above, it would not appear he should be considered as a likely suspect, however, in view of his highly uusual activities and the results of recent extensive invest~ igation at Los Angeles, it would appear investigation is ‘warranted to podtively eliminate him as a suspect in this matter and to ascertain if he is the subject of any other crimes, either Federal or local.
