He is described by associates as. a blond headed, blue eyed, light to medium complexioned, Caucasian male and not Latin in appearance, considered as a likely ‘suspect, however, in view of his highly unusual activities and the results of recent extensive invest- igation at Los Angeles, it would appear investigation is warranted to positively eliminate him as a suspect in this matter and to ascertain if he is the subject of any other crimes, either Federal or local.
