SOOPER. stated he believes that CRAWFORD is a heavy drinker but nevertheless he seems to have quite b7c a bit of money. He said that CRAWFORD is about 5'6" to 5'7", 130-140 pounds, in his late 50's or early 60's wears glasses. On 1/23/74, ROBERT CRAWFORD, born 1/5/13 in Sandpoint, Idaho, was interviewed at the City Center Hotel. CRAWFORD stated that he has sat in the tavern and mentioned D. B. COOPER as a joke but certainly is not identical to the UNSUB in this case. CRAWFORDstated that he is on furlough from the Veterans Administration Hospital in Medford, Oregon, and has a $253.00 a month pension. It is noted that CRAWFORD is only 5'6", 145 pounds, gray hair and wears glasses. No further investigation is being conducted on CRAWFORD as he is not identical to UNSUB in this case.
