It has no pilot chute and its canopy is white in color, On 11/22/73, the Portland, Oregon Journal Newspaper offered a reward of $1,000 for the first missing $20 bill "racovered from the loot collected two years ago by D. B. COOPER, the still missing parachuting airplane hijacker."
