Huis office at approxiaately 10:00 asa. on November 16, 19735, and drove into dowitown Oaaha, did uot notice if his licens I2i were still on his car when he drove into Gaaka, arked his car at Central City Parking, 1722 Dodge, Gaaha, Nebraska. TE tu [sd returned to the Central City Parking b6 Garage to pick up his car at approximately ¢©:00 p.n., bic Hoveuber 16, 1973. [______]noticed his Liceuse plates had been removed and Webraska License bad been placed on the front and rear of his car, damedi- ately reported the loss of his license plates to tne Onaha Police Departaent. [ ___lstated his license plates could have been b6 taken while his car was parked at his office of wiile parked b7C at the Central City Parking Garage. advised he still had the Nebraska License plates L5 DB Cooper-1262
