St.Helens between Mt. Margaret and Mt. Whittier. At this time the matter was dis~ cussed with the FBI on the possibility that it was the parachute in captioned matter and it was decided that it could not have been inasmuch as the object spotted was orange in color and the parachute involved in this case was white. stated that since that tie he was re- ceived informaton from of the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office, Kelso, Wa., who advised that a Cowlitz CountyL_______ __ } had been contacted by a hunter who had located an old $20.00 bill in the vicinity of the head_of Cold Water Creek which is in the Mt.
