Olympia Resident Agency asking to look a composite
dyawing of D.B. COOPER, They were then shown the com-
posite drawing and they stated that they had seen a
man who they felt resembled this composite drawing. They
stated they first saw him approximately two months ago,
at VIP's Restaurant on Marvin Road, Olympia, Washington,
and they felt this individual suspicious since he was older

they again saw this same individual, whose name is unknown
to them, at VIP's Restaurant again. They stated he
- appeared to have been in a fight since both his eyes
were red and his knuckles were darkened as though they
had been burned.

Age: 23 to 27
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 225 lbs.
Hair: Dark Brown . lé f -Ff— G YELL
They further advised he was driving a 1974 brown
Chevrolet Impala four door bearing a New York license plate
number unknown, They also stated that this individual
claimed to know officers of the Lacey Police Department.
