Review_of this matter would indicate that
neither subject involved
in captioned matter, is identical with Unsub, aka Dan
Cooper, the subject of captioned 164 matter. It is to
be noted that COOPER is described as being in pas mi
40's, 5'10" to 6'0"%, 170-180 pounds. Subject,
is 6'1", weighs 210 pounds and has very definitely re-
ceding hair. His appearance is very distinctive looking
and anyone having viewed him would remember him for his
large size as well as for the receding nature of his hair-
line.

pounds and, according to persons who were accuainted with
him, was very distinctive in appearance because of his
