On 7/11/78, a source o
he had information as provided by
Qklahema, that unknown individual who
hijacked an airliner in late 1969 or 1970 from Seattle,
Washington, and parachuted over Mount Hood, Oregon, with
$500,000, is currently operating a hunting lodge in one of
the northwest Canadian provinces. Source stated he did not
know location of lodge or name under which it is operated.
Source advised he had heard through the "grapevine" that the
ransom money was being offered for sale at 50¢ on the dollar.
He stated that he also learned that the individual involved
had stated he would not be taken alive.
