On 1/23/76, SAL___——————sdcontacteaL _ Napa, California, telephone ‘It is notedL_—idcon 11/4/75, furnished parts of an orange parachute he thought might have some- thing to do with the hijacking/extortion matter in the captioned case, which occurred in 11/71. ‘The parachute was returned to number advised during the early part of 12/75, they had returned to the area where he had found the parachute. He said he noted the area had at least four different ways or roads to use to get out of the immediate area. In addition, he advised they had gone by the abandoned car in the vicinity of where the parachute was returned.
