On 6/10/76, officers, La Porte, Texas Police Depart— ment, received information concerning a look-alike with the artist conception of subject displayed in the National Inquirer dated 11/25/75, on 6/10/76, a[ vas interviewed at the Harris County Precine ‘arry Office on the Houston Ship Channel and advised that during the period of the instant hijacking, he was working up in the Washington or Oregon area but he could not recollect exactly where. advised that as best he could remember, he was either just going on an intracoastal ship or had just come off of one and remembers reading about the case in the papers and could not Ligure out how anyone could get away with something like that.
