Gentlemen: A number of weeks ago I called the Indianapolis office of the FBI and relayed the contents of the two inclosed news items to the lady who took my call. It seemed to me that an investifation of the bills found in Newfoundland would be in order, especially since the serial numbers of the Cooper ransom bills are known. ce The lady Who listened to my story thanked me nicely, hung up, and did*nt even ask my name.
