The five year statute of limitations on NORJAK will run in Novenber, 1976. It is suggested that consideration be yiven to having one or more individuals in the > eattle vivision at this tine begin familiarzing thenselves in a most complete way with ali detai 1s of this matter. Undoubtedly as the five ycar anniversary date approaches the Portland and Secattic Divisionas well as other Divisions wnd the Bureau will begin to reccive detailed inquires on what is to be done to estop the statt&te, When the decision is reached on what is to be released all RAs should be advised so that the appropriate answer nay be given to inquires from news media.
