BRYANT COFFELT as a
stated COFFELT was suffering from
acute alcoholism, and his treatment of him involved frequent,
short-term detoxification confinement. These confinements
would usually extend for five to seven days. He did not
believe this treatment of COFFELT involved stays at the
Melwood Farm in Olney, Maryland.
was unable to recall the specific
time period when he was treating COFFELT but estimated it
stretched over ten years. He further advised the dates of
his treatments of COFFELT were recorded in COFFELT's medical
records: however, these records were not readily available
inasmuch as they were stored at another clinic in WDC. He
identified this other clinic as the MarSalle located at
2131 O Street, N.W., WHC. Furthermore,
acknowledged he would initiate an inquiry for these records
but estimated it would take a few days before COFFELT's
records could be recovered.
