Memorandum to Mr. Rosen recommended that the swomary contain a statement regarding his Bureau service, which statement will be prepared by the Administrative Division. The summary will also contain the results of the interviews with Senators Langer and Bridges, the results of the check of the records of CSC and the results of the checks of the Metropolitan Police Department and the District of Columbia credit Bureau. The summary will also contain a statement that a currént check of the files of this Bureau disclosed no additional pertinent information concerning Mr. Ladd. (3) ‘Inasmuch as investigations for the Commission on Govern-= ment Security normally include credit and criminal checks on all immedi- ate relatives and in a case such as this would also include a check of the records of the HCUA, it is recommended that the summary include a statement that no such checks have been made in this instance. f a” vy
