Fecetuved thia particular copy from Scaife, subsequent to his, Seatfse's

Concerning the specific allegatton that Scaife resicned
"in disgust” after finding his reports had vanteked from ithe files,
there ta no tndication whatsoever that Scatfe'a reports were not in
Bureau files at the time he resigned. & review of his testimony
before the Senate Committee reveals that he testified that besides
the Februcry 6, 1922 report he had prepared other reports on the
aircraft industry uncer dates of February 24 and February 28, 1922,
