499010 on Avugust 22, 1951, for a proposed ten month travel to
England, Scotland, France and Germany to attend the University of
Edinburgh on a Fulbright Scholarship. He stated in his passport
: . ‘ application dated August 8, 1951, at Albuquerque, New Mexico, that —

ef December 15, 1951. This passport was not valid for travel to
Japan, Okinawa, Czechoslovakia or Bulgaria.
On his passport application the appointee listed his
permanent resid as Home, Pennsylvania, amd gave his mailing
