It is noted from an examination of the above program as set forth that on the afternoon of april 19, 1942, from 5 - 6 P. Ma, there were sched- uled to be held meetings of Panel Consultants in various rooms of the Nocl Hotel, While these mectings wero not open to attendance by persons other than the Consultants, it was ascertained that no Panel Consultant mecting was held of those Consultants of Panel 3 which covered "Youth and Training: Givilian and Military", For the sake of convenience in reporting activities in this confer- ence, the program, speakers, and activities in connection with each of the four separate panels will be reported indivially.
