He said that Mrs. Roosevelt indicated the person may have been suffering from the strain of war, with the result that it \ had affacted the writer's mind, However, she asked to give the letter to someones to check, adding tnat if such an organization existed and was carrying on as alleged, the FSI certainly should know abcut it.
