Sheriff, tAryville, Tennessee, advised that Plount County
Deputies / investigated a cross Eurning at the residence
of GLzi! MISEND, Morganton Road, on night of March 8G, 185c.
Sheriff GUINI! stated that his deputies learned nothing
pertifient concerning this cross burniag axcept that resicents
reported hearing several noises which sounded like shots
about the same time the cross was burned.
