Later the same Informant advised that on February 1, 1945, aii was contacted by the subject in a personal interview at which ; e the subject stated that she had a call from Nrs. DAVIES and that Urs. * DAVIES had received latters sent to her by the Women's Committee of the Council of American Soviet Friendship. The subject described Mrs. DAVIES as courteous and cooperative and Mrs. DAVIES stated that she would write to ELEANOR ROOSEVELT and invite her as a speaker before this meeting of the Natioanl Council of American Soviet Friendship which she would have in her it, home.
