which consisted of the chairman of ecoch of the national delegations, Mrs, Pratt,
General Secretary of the I,8.5, in the United States became the chairman of this

ome ttee appointed the following committecs: Nominating, Steering, Credentials
and Drafting, The chairmen of the national delegations belonging to the Nominating
Committee, were not members of the Steering Comittce and vice verso, Mrs, Pratt
was ex-officio momber of all conmittces,
