On February 3, 1959, _ furnished a reprint
which the ECLC, 21 7th Avenue, New York City, placed in
the Janwry 7, 1959, edition of the "Washington Post and

Tines Herald". The reprint is quoted as follows:

ABOLISHED, NOT REORGANIZED AND EXPANDED."

"We believe that the U.S. Supreme Court has,
