MR, BRELAND: We object to that, if the Court please.
He said that he didn't recognize him.
THE COURT: 1 believe the witness has stated that he
did not see Mr. Bryant, that he didn't see him out there !
that night because it was dark.
THE WITNESS: I saw him but I couldn't see his face.
THE COURT: The objection will be sustained. He has
“stated that he didn't recognize Mr. Bryant.
MR. BRELAND: And we would like to ask the jury to
disregard that statement.
