But we. will object to the admission of this testimony and this . alleged admission on the grounds that it was not freely and voluntarily made, and that if any statement was made, it was made under improper circumstances without the de- fendant being properly advised of his rights. And we say that it is inadmissable for that reason. And we also have a further objection to this wit- ness's testimony at this time on the grounds that the corpus delicti has not been proven, and that there has been no showing whatsoever in the record that the body taken from the Tallahatchie River and alleged to be that of Emmett Till, 149
