Reference is made to a memorandum Mr. Nichols to. a
Hr. Tolson dated September 6, 1957, concerning Williaz: A. Foos —
who has claimed to have a special ability in the field of ertra-
sensory perception. The Liaison Agent has been in contact with z
the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA): for the purpose of obtainingthat.

that he had been désignated by his agency to coordinate all
