tine the possible desirability of changing the name by
which both classes of the investigative staff of the
Bureau is known, #0 as to conform more closely with their
ectual @uties and to emphasize the unity of the Bureau's
personne) and the comprehensive character of its work.
It is desired that the basic investigative nature
of the work of the Bureau of Investigation be stressed
and it is believed undesirable to show any distinction -. °°

technically qualified along the lines necessary for the
successful performance of the Bureau's investigative work.
