Dear Sir: Receipt is scknowledged of your communication of June 3, 1932, calling attention to a clipping received in the Bureau frou tne Failucelpnia cvening Bulletin of May 26, 1932, headed "Ue S. upens Drive on Lottery agents", The clipping herein mentioned has reference to a cease in- vestigated by special agents of tnis bureau. Prior to the re- ceipt of your letter, tiis clipping wes brought to my attention by Special Agent F. é. Hickey, who could ascribe no ~eason for the newspaper account's feiling to mention the activities of this bureau. There eppeers to be no excuse for the Bureau's not being properly described in th newspaper account. This info mation Was received by the rhiledelphia press prior to my assuming the administrative duties of tiis office and I intend to take the necessery steps to assure thzt the Burcau will be properly des- Very truly yours, R.
