Mattix, on April 11, 1986, at 12201 Southwest 82nd Avenue, Kendall, Florida, the subjects! vehicle and five Bureau vehicles were moved to an airport hangar at the Opa-Locka Airport, Opa-Locka, Florida. At this location, the subjects' vehicle and the five Bureau vehicles were photographed. Overall photographs and detailed photographs, noting any damage to these vehicles, were taken.
