The shooting inquiry team has interviewed a number of witnesses, done a complete neighborhood, and taken signed statements from all Agent participants with the exception of SA Mireles and SSA McNeill. Based on the advice of their physicians, it was ? decided not to take signed statements from SA Mireles and SSA McNeill until their physical condition had improved.
