The letter continues on a thank u_card of the Illinois Security Company and is Signed This letter in effect demands that FRANK purchase eleven million dollars in unmounted diamonds for two million dollars before Christmas, 1969, or the writer will kill SINATRA, with the alternative being that SINATRA donate two million dollars to the Vatican in Rome, Italy.
