furnished by informants in years past, and which was sum-
marized by the Bureau in memorandum form dated 9/30/54,
is essentially hearsay, most of which even if true, would a;

allegations contained in the summary are those set forth on
Page 6, Paragraph 2, and Page 11, Paragraph 1. Reinvesti-
