On 5/9/85, GE «:-: interviewed by
Bureau agents regarding her letter to the Bureau dated
March, 1985. During her interview, advised that!
she has had numerous mental problems as a result of her
divorce from her husband. a= acknowledged writing
the letter and maintains that she is psychic. However,
she concluded that she has no intentions of harming anyone.
On 5/13/85, AUSA ROBERT FETTWEIS, District of
New Jerse was advised of the threat made by mail
vy and the results of her interview. He
declined prosecution for lack of evidence. Based on AUSA
FETTWEIS's opinion, Newark considers the captioned matter
closed.
