Since April, 1969, information coming to our attention indicates that Mr. Sinatra continues to be in contact with and is visited by individuals who are associated with the organized crime element. ‘ DL. 7 Z B bey / In June, 1969, Sinatra was subpoenaed to appear before the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation which WaS probind oraqanized crime and corruption in New Jersey. WS pA ee Se SO Sinatra refused to honor this subpoena, and as a result a warrant citing him for civil contempt was issued. Sinatra was purged of this contempt after testifying before the Commission on February 17, 1979, and the contempt citation was dismissed at that time.
