(v-) The following observations were made by the surveilling agentes: far y The Flamingo Motel contains a combination restaurant and lounge and in the restaurant section, THOMAS POTENZO, Brother of ROCCO POTENZO and SAM “SAM SLICK" ROSA with two other unidentified individuals were observed drinking coffee and shortly thereafter were seen steering a customer from the Flamingo Motel to the quonset hut wherein the gambling was located. SAM ROSA wag observed departing the Flamingo at approximately 9:10 p, m. On Kovember 27, 1962, in a 1962 Ford Galaxie bearing an Illinois license; however, the license was purposely mud spattered. GIANCANA proceeded NA Sep lapel Ha nde Bie = 2 to the Villa Venice Club where he was observed conferring es with several unidentified individuals at the bar section ooo of the Villa Yenice. ROSA was seen being joined shortly : 3 thereafter by WILLIE DADDANO and THOMAS POTENZO, ROSA * Sy aR, AEST RB ROPES A olay 7 Ab ae . departed at approximately 9:45 p.m. and proceeded again to the Flamingo Hotel.{ y .
