FD-350 (Aev. 7-16-63) (Mount Clipping in Space Below) Suit Settled Sinatra Jail Threat Lifted Singer Frank Sinatra ts not going to have to testify in a $10 million libel suit against the Miami Herald. The suit, over the news- paper's challenging of the ownership of the Fon- tainebleau Hotel in Miami, was dropped when the Herald published a state- ment saying that Ben Novack was the sole own- er of the operating compa- ny. The Herald had repea- tedly subpoenaed Sinatra to testify in the case. The singer was under threat of jail for ignoring the sub- poena, Sinatra's attorney, Mi- ton A.
