For information of the Bureau, was
arrested by the Detroit Division_on 11/6/ ased on an
authorized complaint filed on Gp Detroit, Michigan,
charging subject with violation of Title 18, United States
Code, Section 875, Mailing Threatening Communications.
Subject received psychiatric examination and on p>
placed on pretrial diversion for a period of 12
pursuant to an agreement with the United States Attorney’s
office, Eastern District of Michigan, Detroit, Michigan.
Complaint, arrest, and pretrial diversion have been
reported to the Bureau by separate communications (FD-515’s)
by the Detroit Division.
Inasmuch as no further investigation remains
epestanding at Los Angeles, this case being closed at this
time.
