Present were SAMUEL M. GIANCANA and JOHN (LNU). Informant was of the opinion that JOHN is identical with JOHN ROSELLI, Los Angeles Top Hoodlum, although informant never heard ROSELLI's last _namamantioned. Informant's opinion was based on S\ any sving heard ROSELLI's voice on the epnone a in person on prior occasions. The door bell rang and informant was of the opinion that JOE PIGNATELLO entered the room. Set out is a portion of the conversation: "JOHN: SAMMY DAVIS bought three per cent.
