Excerpts from the airtel set forth:
The only information available to Las
Vegas at this time concerning any of the
present owners or stockholders in the
Sands Hotel who may have a financial
interest in the Cal-Neva Lodge at Lake
Tahoe reflects.that FRANK SINATRA is the
only individual holding ownership in both
casinos. SINATRA owns 9 per cent in the
Sands Hotel and is owner of record of 50
per cent of the Cal-Neva Lodge.
