(Agent did not identify himself.) The cab driver told the following: He picked up SINATRA at his house to take - him to the airport. SAMMY DAVIS and DEAN MARTIN were at the house but left in another car when SINATRA left for the airport. With SINATRA was a blond girl named JANE, another girl, his Agent and an unknown young man. The cab driver did not know the destination of the SINATRA party. Date furnished: Probably rec'd mail from atte 33. Informant: tained thru Physical Surveillance Airtel from SAC CHICAGO to SAC LOS ANGELES dated 12/5/62 entitled S\MUEL M. GIANCANA, aka. AR. Excerpts from the memo set forth: Re Buairtel to Chicago and Los Angeles 11/28/62 requesting background information for contemplated interview with FRANK SINATRA and DEAN MARTIN. The airtel then give background information about the Villa Venice Supper “lub and how it was utilized as a private meeting place of Chicago hoodlums for weddings, funerals and fashion shows. «+-.Surveillance conducted at the Villa Venice 11/27/62 revealed that SINATRA and MARTIN were accompanied into this club immediately preceding the second show, by JOSEPH FISCHETTI, Miami Top Hoodlum.
