Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, Thomas Strubbe recently requested the U. S. Attorney's Office to remove from the Court of Appeals storage room the mock-up exhibit of Black Panther Headquarters, West Monroe Street, Chicago, prepared by the FBI Technical Services Division, and used during the trial of above ' captioned case. Inasmuch as the case has been remanded to the district court for retrial, the exhibit should be stored until its use is required again. On 9/30/80, with the authorization of AUSA and the approval of Chief Clerk Strubbe, the exhibit was removed from the Court of Appeals, and placed into an FBI bulky exhibit room located on the 9th floor adjacent to the Office of the Assistant Support Services Supervisor.
