Result of examination: It was concluded that the tyvewriter element, 235, was not used to prepare any of the cuestioned documents, Q1, 24 and 2¢3, previously submitted and 217 through 234. It was determined that more than one typevriter style was used in the preparation of the suomitted tyoevritten Gocuments. ixamples were noted in 218 and 223. Because some of the tynewritine does not contain sufficient comparable letters wnen compared with other documents, and because of the lack of sufficient identifyine defects in the typewritten letters, it could not be determined whether the same typewriter or style of typewriter was used for these items. Some of the photocopies listed senarately by 9 numbers are photoconies of other submitted specimens, such as Q2l, 224, 327, 939 and 933 which are vhotocopies of 220 and 225, 323, 3231 and 934 which are photocopies of 222. It was determined the typewriter element, 235, -was not used to prenare the demand note, 21, previouslv submitted in the case entitled, "RITA DARLENE BROW; UNSUB (1); Peoples ational Banke Seattle, wasnineton, 9/19/77, BR". 217 throurh 234 were photographed and samples of typewritten impressions were obtained from 135. 217 througn 235 are being returned separately with the results of the requested latent fingerprint examination.
