Copies being sent to San Francisco, Portland, and
Sacramento for information purposes.
The Seattle Division is currently utilizing seven
Special Agents on a full time basis to investigate nine
unsolved bombings and attempted bombings which have occurred
in western Washington State during the period from May 31,
1975, through December 31, 1975. The GJB has through their
communiques taken credit for several of these bombings. In
conjunction with the bombing investigation, efforts will be
made to further identify members of the George Jackson Brigade.
All four communiques have been submitted to the
Laboratory for appropriate examination. In addition to captioned
case, the communiques are carried under the following captioned
