These bills were obtained frcm DRESTE and he was furnished a receipt therefor. These bills are being ratained as evidence furnished the following addtional information. Raative to the purchase of. 4 bottle of glue by him at a drugstore near the intersection of Ewing and Marke Street; DRESTE explainéd that he paid for this purchass from his own funde; the cost thereof amounting to §.15. While he made this purchase SANDRA ° O'DAY waited for him in the cab which was parked on Market Street in front this drugstore. Relative to the money which he observed O'DAY placing -: in the smaller of the two pieces of luggage which he purchased far her and which money he described in his signed statement as appearing to be “a large amount of money in bills," DRESTE explained that he could not say 2 how much this money totalled. “He could not see the denominations of thi bills but did observe that they did not appear to be crisp new bills. . ke described this money as being folded in half and appeared to have a => s* cubberband around ite He described the folded money as being approxim tely: the size of a mans fist. DRESTE stated that he observed O'DAY while she packed the luggage but did not see her place any! otter sum of money therein. She made no further mention cf this letter nor did she indicate to whom or ; to where+it was being serit.
