On 11/9/91, "Green Peace" had entered the the Japanese Consulate in Chicago, Illinois, to protest the killing of whales by Japanese fishermen. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Justice (DOJ) and United States Secret Service (USSS) are aware of the above. SA Jeremy Margolis, Northern District of Illinois, advised on January 29, 1982, that there appears to be no violation of federal extortion statutes in this matter.
