During my short TDY at GTMO in July 2002,.1 took part in some discussions about a _.* practice which had been utilized in which thé detainee would be placed in the interview roam approximately 8-8 jor to the scheduled interview. ‘The air conditioning in the room woutd be tumed down to as - §5 degrees.
