[provided the following information.in regard to his temporary duty: (TDY) assignment. to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMQ): ; Cm", assigned to GTMO in the position of b6 -1 interviewer/interrogator for 45 days from 06/02/2003 to 07/17/2003 bie -l as part of a "Special Projects" team which consisted of FBI sat _] pa charlotte Division) and a task force officer whose name he could not recall. _ 4 [aia not witness or cbserve aggressive treatment, interrogations or interview techniques utilized on GTMO detainees conducted by FBI or other law enforcement personnel which were not consistent with FBI or DOJ policy/gquidelines, but did observe such_ behavior by non-law enforcement Department of Defense (DOD} personnel on at least two occasions. The aggressive interviews[___]witnessed occurred at Camp Delta in either the Yellow, Brown or Gold areas. Most interviews conducted by law enforcement and DOD personnel occurred in interview rooms located in trailers in these areas.
