Q161 Sheet of ruled paper bearing cut-out letters and written numerals "483 9064" Result of examination: Q160 and Q161 were not associated with material maintained in the Anonymous Letter File, Copies have been added thereto. _ A definite conclusion was not reached whether the hand printing on Q260 was prepared by the writers of the questioned or known writing previously submitted in this case, due to the lack of distinctive hand printing characterlstios, the presence of unexplained variations and the lack of sufficiently comparable writing. However, nothing of particular significance was observed in comparing the hand printing — on Q160 with hand printing on other items previously submitted - dn this case. . The words and letters on Q161 were cut out from newspaper, magazines or similar type publications. Q160 and @161 contain no watermarks, indented writing of significance. or other characteristics to aid in definitely determining their source. Two five cent and five ten cent U.S. Postal Seritee stamps, torn from rolls of stamps, are affixed to Q160. Co Q160 and Q161, which have been photographed, are. being returned separately.
