Five subjects were inside the bank; no indication of disguises except they were heavily made up with makeup. There were black and white subjects but at this point no indication of the sex of the five subjects. Shooting occurred and two customers had been shot, There was no indication as to the reason for such shooting. The other four subjects were outside the bank ina redcar. The green car utilized by the five inside the bank has been recovered and is presently being processed. The San Francisco Office advised they have = ; located the red car. Bates had no further descriptions of either car when “a y/ he called. Witnesses outside the bank have made a tentative description of Camilla Halli, one of the suspects belonging to the SLA and involved in the Hearst kidnaping. In addition, the recovered green car was a rental car rented in the e of Yanet(Gpoper, which you will recall was the alias used by Emily \Harris, another HEARNAP suspect, when she requestéd funds from her parents. st ‘ e In addition, Bates had advised they had recovered one of the bullets shot by the subjects and it has a bored-out nose similar to those used by the SLA in the past.
